Noshli is a restaurant technology platform developed and operated from Nashik, India. We provide digital menus, order management, loyalty programs, and delivery tools to restaurants across India. When you use Noshli, whether as a restaurant owner or as a customer placing an order, we collect and process certain information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

Restaurant owners: Name, business name, email address, phone number, restaurant address, operating hours, menu content, and billing information where applicable.

Customers ordering via Noshli: Name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery orders), order history, and loyalty points data. We do not require customers to create an account or provide passwords.

Automatically collected: Device type, browser, IP address, and usage data (pages visited, actions taken) collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil orders placed through your restaurant's QR menu
• To operate the loyalty rewards system and track point balances
• To provide your restaurant dashboard with order and revenue data
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support queries
• To improve Noshli's features and performance over time

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use customer data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade, encrypted database infrastructure. Access to restaurant dashboards is protected by staff-only login credentials. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only where strictly necessary: with Supabase as our infrastructure provider, and with payment processors if applicable. We do not share your data with marketing companies, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention

Restaurant account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after account closure for accounting and legal compliance. Customer order data is retained for up to 24 months to support loyalty programme continuity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Noshli, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Noshli on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Noshli provides restaurants with a suite of tools including a QR-based digital menu, real-time order management, customer loyalty rewards, delivery order handling, and a sales dashboard. The platform is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and accessed via web browser.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your dashboard access with unauthorised individuals. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via the contact form on our website if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Noshli only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to sell illegal goods or services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt Noshli's infrastructure
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
• Misrepresent your restaurant or mislead customers through the platform

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Noshli — including menu items, descriptions, and photos. By uploading content, you grant Noshli a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content to customers accessing your menu. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your permission.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Noshli platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime or service interruptions.

7. Subscription & Payment

Noshli is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice in cases of serious breach. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will cease and your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noshli is a tool to assist restaurant operations. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, missed orders, or business disruption arising from use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.

1. Overview

We want you to be confident using Noshli. This policy outlines when refunds apply to subscription payments made by restaurant owners. This policy does not apply to food orders placed by customers through a restaurant's Noshli menu — those are transactions between the customer and the restaurant directly.

2. Free Trial

Noshli offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the full platform before committing to a subscription. We encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate whether Noshli is right for your restaurant.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of a new paid billing cycle, you may request a full refund. Requests made after 7 days into the billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund, but your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be issued if your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
• Partial month usage is not eligible for refund (except within the 7-day window above)
• Add-on services or one-time setup fees, if any, are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the contact form on our website and include your registered details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please reach out before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email and will apply to billing cycles that begin after the updated policy takes effect.
